I am wondering if anyone is watching The Deuce? And I am also wondering if anyone (I assume there are some experienced TV/Screenwriting people among us) can explain to me why James Franco plays as twins in the show? I am not sure what purpose the secondary character/twin (Frankie) serves in the text other then he acts as the impetus for the mob being involved in the Francos lives. But couldn't the main Franco (Vinny) just have owed the mob? Why are there two Francos!?
